5 Annoying Things Couples Do & Their Single Counterparts
Being in a relationship isn't the be all and end all of one's life, but it is often the source for the be all and end all of friendships when it comes to being annoyed to the nth degree. I was recently in a relationship and no one's gonna name names (let's just call her Blamantha) or play the blame game (By Milton Bradley) but there were a few things I noticed Present and Post-Relationship that create a vortex of annoyances for friends and family of a couple.

WRITERS BLOCK PODCAST #2
In this week's episode we get a guest star and talk a lot more about movies and music...what a surprise. Also, I'm a bit quieter and the others get more of a voice. Also listen to these guys and not this guy and read what they have to say. Episode #2 - http://www.mediafire.com/?to43drtoti6kvvg

WRITER'S BLOCK PODCAST #1
NOW WITH ADDED AWESOME and by that I mean, you can stream it instead of downloading the bitch!
Writer's Block is merely a working title, but thought might as well use it.
A few friends from Uni invited me to join their podcast as a weekly/bi-weekly contributor and I thought hell why not. I'm incredibly sorry for the pops and the strength of the audio. Just turn it down to half and you'll probably be safe. Until I get a stream going, here's the download link.

Babies apparently love Scott Pilgrim
Whilst I personally wouldn't let my children watch Scott Pilgrim till they were at least 12 (you know to get the references), this is quite adorable.

Morning Roll Call 9/11
Happy 9/11!
Oh right, that's different if you're American.
Anyway, after a frightening dream last night and a fairly good morning of reading, here we have what we've missed....other than Jessica Alba making my blood boil...

IN GIMME GIMME GIMME NEWS!
http://www.mezcotoyz.com/store/detail.aspx?ID=896
OH MY FUCKING GOD GIVE IT TO ME!
OH MY FUCKING GOD GIVE IT TO ME!
From the site:
Mezco Toyz presents a new 6inch figure of Scott Pilgrim based on the character from the popular Universal Pictures feature film Scott Pilgrim vs. the World and the chart topping series of graphic novels.
Meet charming and jobless Scott Pilgrim; a bass guitarist for garage band Sex Bob-omb. The 22-year-old has just met the girl of his dreams...literally. The only catch to winning Ramona Flowers? Her seven evil exes are coming to kill him.
Mezco’s 6” figure captures the wide-eyed enthusiasm and quirky nature of Scott Pilgrim and features 8 points of articulation. To help capture the many looks of Scott Pilgrim, there are 2 separate figures; The first figure wears a green shirt and comes with a closed mouth head. The second in a yellow shirt comes wearing a jacket and has 50/50 pack of the open mouth/closed mouth head. Both variations will come with the sword and guitar.

Morning Roll Call 5/11
After freaking out the second my favourite Western Australian posted a song, we still have the morning roll call.
I had a very terrifying dream last night and -not to quote the Matrix- but ever have one of those dreams where you're not sure if you're still dreaming and then you go into lockdown mode, in your dream, and start thinking of realistic ways of getting out, instead of having the confidence (and forethought) that this is all a dream and that your final essay was actually really good and if you don't get a good mark on it you'll Hadouken the marker in the face....I have trouble separating reality from my dreams....

Morning Roll Call 3/11
I get eye strain, like fairly other normal people and this morning I decided instead of bursting from my grey bed covers that I'd read for a while and let the morning soak me into itself, rather than my eyes soaking into bursts of light from my laptop, and I gotta say, it felt good and writer-ly (coz that's a word)

EDGAR WRIGHT DJ'S HALLOWEEN
For those of you British folk who missed this yesterday, partial shame on you, although you do live in a pretty good country. A few good 'spooky' tracks played here and there including 'Night on Disco Mountain', which Justice sampled a single 2 seconds from for the song 'Stress'. Wright's interview with John Landis is fantastic and awesome too.

MORE SCOTT PILGRIM STUFFS & HAPPY HALLOWEEN YANKIES!
http://edgarwright.posterous.com/
Right now there are only a few which actually stand out and despite the fact I look a bit like Scott Pilgrim (shaggy hair, gigantic eyes), I don't think I'll be uploading without a Plumtree, SP or Zero star shirt

SCOTT PILGRIM WEBCAM GAME
I watched the movie again last night with mah bro (also playing Minecraft) and it's still awesome. Can't wait to get the Blu-Ray. In the meantime, for those with webcams, get ready to game.

MIIIIIIIIIISTER PILGRIM
One thing should not be understated about me and my loves (some of which are quite obvious from the pic which plesantly slowly loads on your browser every time you visit this place, until I fix up how to design my blog well enough to make it look tidy.
I love Edgar Wright and I love Michael Cera.
Cera has been a strange enjoyment from early days watching him on an odd Canadian young adult show called 'My Best Friend is a 6th Grad Alien'.
The show, probably mostly forgotten or existing in the tiny space between where you keep Bangers & Mash, Mot, Raggydolls or Bananaman (and if anyone of you just had the shivers, that's nostalgia, baby). He then became the incredibly awkward, timid and geeky George Michael Bluth on Arrested Development, now this is where things got interesting and tricky.
In my favourite shows of all-time, the top contenders have always been Arrested Development and Spaced.
Spaced was created by Simon Pegg (Hot Fuzz, Shaun of the Dead, and the upcoming Paul) and Jessica Stevenson (Shaun of the Dead, Magicians, Confetti) and all of the episodes were directed by Edgar Wright, a creative, talented and young director.
So I basically made this post to tell you that Edgar Wright has a pseudo-blog.
http://edgarwrighthere.com/
And that it is awesome, he is awesome and Scott Pilgrim is beyond fantastic, which I will explain in another review or post or something or other, in the meantime, enjoy this sweet poster.
