Afternoon Dump 4/11

Just to start off the afternoon with a quick clip which never fails to make me laugh.

Now to the serious business
In movie news, a new film about psychology is coming out soon with an impeccable cast and a poster that reminds me of that one scene in Ghostbusters where Venkman is testing that couple on psychic ability.
Speaking of Ghostbusters...it's still awesome....the Goonies, even more so.....Richard Simmons, not so much.
Pride & Prejudice & Zombies finally has a writer and he is the awesomeness that is Mike White. He wrote School of Rock and has been on The Amazing Race with his dad and I cannot wait to see what he comes up with.
A new Sucker Punch trailer has come out and whilst I'm personally quite yawn-y over the entire experience despite my enjoyment of Zack Snyder (Watchmen, 300, Legends of the Guardian), some people might enjoy it.
In more movie news, Silent Hill 2, now has a director who might actually know what he's doing and in pseudo video game related news, a cameo in the new Assassin's Creed has been leaked...who's that Pokémon?
Firesheep, a new Firefox add-on has lead it's creator in an interesting discussion about the technology and cyber security, in general.
In People who are smarter than me news, Kate Beaton has a new comic out and she is fucking hilarious.
In fairly good voting news, American's care about sustainability, how much we're not sure?
In fairly ridiculous voting news, Bush says West's insult about Bush not caring about Black People was the worst moment in his presidency and that he thought about dropping Cheney  from his cabinet...at least Obama was a man and called him a jackass.
The Urbee is the first ever printed car and it actually looks kinda cool...or like this:

I can't remember.
In someone is awesome, but has too much time on their hands, someone has made classic Nintendo sprites out of their Magic The Gathering Cards....there is too much nerdiness in that one link that it may explode.
Sony after spending a good couple of millions has decided to say they don't think 'Controller-free consoles work'...couldn't have said this you know...before all the money was used...and poor games made...and EyePet had come out.
In shit I don't believe, apparently a KFC Double Down...or this monstrosity:

Is better for you than an egg.
In slightly cool and scary news, new credit cards will contain microchips in them which can recognise their users and details from simple keycodes, phrases and where they shop...or my mind has just overused it's RAM and I'm making things u-DELETEDELETEDELETE
If you own a Macbook Air...I got some bad news for you...you own a Macbook Air...oh and something about RAM and other issues...so just a heads up.
Oh and to find out when it's best to look for a rebound fuck, a new graph has been posted on when people break up the most on Facebook...guess when?
In unnecessary news,
Because that's the first thing I think of when I think of batteries....glue
In actual serious business, a recent attack in Iraq has left several people dead and the US declaring it nothing but 'vicious violence'
And for those out there who are thinking of switching browsers, here's some halp
Also finally: love in the Mushroom Kingdom is...weird
Have a great afternoon and look who came to say hi!
